If I could put no stars I would. Two months ago, my doctor ordered a test. Quest did the incorrect test. They will not accept responsibility even though it is clearly written correctly on my doctor's submission. I don't care that they made a mistake. I do care that they don't have the integrity to make it right.

I use to have a very professional PAINKESS experience. Not this time or the last. This lady couldn't get a draw from my right arm that has NEVER posed any situations prior. She tried 3 painful attempts in one arm. Finally she got her draw from my left. VERY BRUISED. ARE THESE PEOPLE STUDENTS? Untrained?

I went to get a blood test in Orlando, FL Everything was fine until the billing. I have two insurances. Cigna and Florida Blue (BC/BS) are my insurance Companies. My jobs (2 jobs) provided both of them. I am with Cigna for 28 years. I provided the information to Quest. The billed to both of them on two different amounts with the different of few dollars on the same day of service. Cigna determined I covered everything and paid them. Florida Blue determined I covered everything with $14.84 copay and pay them. I called them many time, and I was told I do not own them anything. However, I received many bills from Quest about the payment. Customer service representatives were terrible. Some of them decided I did not have to pay anything. Some of them decided I have to pay $14.84. They got paid twice from the two insurance companies and they wanted to pay again. I think they try to attempt fraud. Do not use them!

This is a shame and scam, I been receiving a lot of bills that my insurance covered 100% they are such of thief’s and when I call them they said that was nothing to do about it but pay the bills in full. What a shameless!!

It started out with a mildly painful draw, resulting in a bruise, but just as painful was the experience I had with trying to create an online account to retrieve my test results. They were supposedly experiencing problems with their system. Overall 1st experience was not good, and I'll only return if no other options are available.

I went to quest as a walk in. There were people coming in with appointments and I was patiently waiting to be called. I waited over an hour and left in disgust. I have used this lab many years and never had any problems. I had tried to schedule a appointment but was not permitted to make an early appointment for a fasting test. I won't be returning.

I would give them a no star review. Their policy requires you to give them a credit card and to turn people away from service when they won't provide their credit card for balances not covered by insurance. It's a conflict for the person who is performing the service to be demanding the payment. I left without the service, I was not comfortable having my blood drawn by the very person arm wrestling me for payment.

Not sure why the low star rating from other people, but I had a great experience at the Warrington, PA location. Very clean, large waiting area. Easy to check in via text message. The woman who took my blood for testing was very friendly, very professional and very good at taking blood. I barely felt anything.
