Had a great experience in Simi Valley! Marsita was so kind and did a great job drawing blood.

Horrible customer service. Quest labs called my doctor and said that they were not able to successfully complete my last labs order, and that they needed to be re-done. I'm trying to get hold of Quest customer service for almost 90 minutes now (both on the phone and in their Quest Assistant online chat). Due to my health issues, I have to get lab done four times a year. I will NEVER use Quest labs again.

Aniya was excellent. I was treated very well, she was kind and very professional. I had no pain at all during the blood extraction. Wonderful service.

I had a very pleasant experience at Quest. I'm not afraid of needles, but if I were the kindness the Phlebotomist showed would have made it a lot easier. In my case the wait time was great. I had a scheduled appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. A few minutes later I was seen by the Phlebotomist and finished up before the actual time of my appointment.

I always go to quest because I know I will get great service. The staff is wonderful. My most recent labs were conducted by Donnae and Erma. They were very professional but also very friendly. Labs can be stressful and they put me right at ease. Would highly recommend Coral Hills Quest and Donnae and Erma.

Horrible, wait time for simple labs is ridiculously long. I have had the same simple test done elsewhere and got results in a day. My PCP and I have been waiting 5 days now. I will never use Quest again and encourage others to look for blood draws elsewhere.

The checkin process is limited to using a kiosk. Quest relies on the kindness of other patients to help navigate the kiosk as there is no Quest employee available to assist. Don't bother to walkin. You will be waiting hours. Sadly, Quest processes do not value the patients' time.

Quest is the worst provider of lab services in the Metro Las Vegas area, with untrained or newby personnel at every location. I have multiple stab wounds on every visit and usually go through multiple attempts from any location I go to. Very seldom do I get a first try draw with a trained person. Online services with chat and AI chat is no better, with no help using those tools online.
