Deceptive practice: had me sign a form that I would pay if my insurance company did not. I told them I would not sign it and that I didn't want the test. (I know the game. if they tell you that your insurance company might not pay, it means they will not pay so do not take the test.) They say I signed the form, they couldn't provide me the form. They kept telling me they sent it. I would NEVER knowingly sign that form (again, I know their game). DECEPTIVE PRACTIVE. The only form I knowingly signed was saying who I was and my birthdate.

Oh. My. Goodness. My husband had severe diarrhea and we had to use Quest Diagnostics for the labs. We filed for financial assistance FOUR times, through phone calls, mail, everything, and they NEVER got back to us. In fact, they sent us to collections. If you can, NEVER use them.

The technician was extremely incompetent. First she did not know most of the codes for the blood work, then she insisted that the dr had ordered a cerebral spinal fluid test which I know was absolutely wrong as my tests had nothing to do with any head or spine issues. Lastly while drawing blood she managed to nick me in a way that my blood squirted all over my pant, arm and the floor. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life!! This is the last time I am going to the Quest lab in Scarsdale NY

Wish I could rate the app/website separately and give it -100 stars. The ID verification never works unless you download the app and even if you DO eventually get the verification to work, it forgets in the next week and removes your results!! I saw my results a month ago, but now they're "pending"???? Hope this entire company burns to the ground. Should've gone through Labcorp.

I had questions about charges on a bill with Quest Diagnostics. The customer service representative here in Houston was Kevis C. I can truly say that this gentleman gave me the most thorough, pleasant and patient service that I have experienced in years, honestly. Rather than going over the top with the superlatives I will say in closing, that whenever I call any organization with a problem, I hope (a) Kevis C. is taking my call...

Quest is a bunch of scammers. My bill was paid in full in August 2025. In September they started harassing me with the claims that bill was not paid, and now transferred it to collection. They ignore my messages and there is nobody there to speak with. Pure scam.

There is no customer service. Everything is AI. You will not get a question answered. You will not get any help or support. The space was in disarray and dirty as well. Avoid this place at all costs.

If I could give this company a -5 star I would. The whole process sucks, from the app- setting it up and it taking so many steps to verify identity. It is so dumb and ridiculous! The test results take dayyyys to complete, i’ve been waiting and waiting and still nothing! No customer service provided. Even went to the lab to check because there was no way to contact them. I’d rather pay a bit to do it at my doctor’s lab than dealing with this again. Do not recommend!
