A couple weeks ago I had another wonderful experience at Quest Diagnostics. Once again I am blown away by the level of customer service provided by the staff at the Port St Lucie office on US1. It is so refreshing to see the friendly faces that greet you and treat you with such care. I want especially thank Patricia and Yersing who were super nice and helpful. These ladies are not only professionals and very experienced, but they are warm and caring. Thank you so much for your service.

Ignorant staff and LOUSY services
Had an appointment scheduled for several weeks and was fasting. Showed up for my appointment after receiving two reminders. When I got there, the tech with a lousy attitude said oh our computers and facts are down and they’ve been down for days. I asked why Corporate couldn’t have notified us and the response I got was “as I said the fax and computers has been down for days. “ And that was delivered with a snotty attitude. I’m done with Quest. They just don’t give a damn about their patients.

This company is a joke
This company is a joke. They sent me a link to leave a review, that was very negative because of my bad experience. When I was finished I received a message telling me the survey was expired, even I took only a few minutes to fill it up. The staff at Quest in Pompano Beach is extremely incompetent and disorganized. I will never come back to this location again and I will let all my friends and family about it.

They cleared the waiting area 3 times
I’m in the waiting area and I walked in at 8:44 and it gave me an appointment for 9am. I haven’t left the waiting area then 50 minutes ago the nurse came to the door and ask who had a 101 code and I told her that appeared on my check in however she verified and went back in fast forward I’m still in the waiting area at 9:45 am and I’m feeling really sick and looking up at the board in seeing my name for 9:36 am. Keep in mind it’s 9:46. Yeah this is very poor service.

diagnostics located at King Street, Alexandria VA
Recently my neurologist ordered a series of tests that could be performed by either LabCorp or Quest. Having had some major and very difficult billing issues with LabCorp in the past, I submitted the orders to Quest. I was able to schedule a blood draw within two days of my request and found the Quest Diagnostics facility embedded in the Safeway market on King Street, Alexandria, Virginia – very convenient.
This was a heavy-duty set of orders - more than a dozen tests. I was able to use Quest's on-line check-in protocol the day before I visited the facility. Upon completing that process online, I printed out the QR code that was issued once I completed the check-in. I arrived about 20 minutes early for my blood draw, and scanned the QR code. Within minutes, actually as soon as I sat down in the waiting room, I was called in for the draw, even though I arrived a few minutes early.
The two staff members carefully studied the set of orders, and checked, and then rechecked, that the draw would comply with my doctor's orders. The phlebotomist did a great job drawing my blood, and despite the complexity of the orders, I was out of the facility within 15 minutes.
This was a convenient location, and the draw was expertly accomplished. So thanks, very much!

The system sucks, but the people are nice
The system sucks. I had to make appointments 4 times. With the last one, I had to use the "at home" option(-For an additional $99-) because I was running out of time before my next Doctors appt . And my Doctor STILL didn't have the results. Three times they didn't have my MD orders and I had to go back to them him request. The 4th time, I got a hard copy from them to present myself to the phlebotomist. To be fair, my interaction with staff were exemplary, they were courteous, understanding, and professional. However, trying to login on you web system is a nightmare. I have had to present my Driver's Licence ID to the Quest system over a dozen times now. And no other system even needs it once, including my physician portal. Taking multiple "selfies" is absurd, insulting and doesn't work anyway. I have NOT ONCE been able to get past the "ID verification" after confirmed registration . And was unable to receive my test results

Absolutely the worst
Absolutely the worst. They do not take into consideration that people with special needs may need extra support. Not everyone can wait patiently for hours. And when you need a blood draw from home they give you a 5 hour window for fasting bloodwork. Not a patient friendly lab.

NOT AS GOOD AS IT USED TO BE
Did not get my results but my Doctor did. Not the 1st time this has happened. Good luck talking to somebody. It's nothing but pass the buck. Could not explain why I'm not getting my results. Never did get my results. Have used DLO many times. The last year Quest Diagnostics has gone down hill. Hopefully I can find another way
