I was scheduled to take a 2nd drug test in Chipley at Quest to be completed within 3 days (Today is the third) by First Advantage. It was closed today on a Saturday. So I scheduled for Marianna. Showed up, and they couldn't transfer my test over to the Marianna location. So I drove 2 hours for nothing. There were no clear instructions, and all help lines are closed on the weekends. The biggest issue was that it was not stated anywhere, that there would be an issue regarding testing at alternative locations. If I had known that I needed to only visit a specific location, it should've been clear. Quest only has a contact form on their site and no other methods of contact.

No humans at any Quest location anymore. You walk into a small, sterile room with one tiny tablet as your only option to check in. It feels strange and honestly unsettling. When the system fails—as it did for me—there is no one to ask for help. Their phone line is the same story: glitchy menus, no human support, no way to get answers. I would never go back. This used to be my lab of choice, but removing every bit of human interaction has made the entire experience frustrating, impersonal, and completely unhelpful.

I called and verified before if they got my test request from my doctor and they said yes I took off from work only to get there and nothing I'm disgusted

2nd time a test on my lab order not processed. The 1st time I was told the drawing lab didn't store the specimen at proper temperature therefore test not performed. 2nd time one of the tests wasn't even entered for a lab test..all the other tests were run. Supervisor couldn't find the actual lab order from the dr... Very poor service and no one contacted me (someone was supposed to call me) to discuss where the Dr's order was and getting the "missed" test done. Also billing issues from 4 months ago...Quest didn't contact me to discuss issues with codes but instead sent me a $17000 bill.

Staff very rude to patients. Instead of help the elderly and handicapped people, they rather just tell them how it is and deal with it. Saw a handicap lady in tears and they could give a shit about her. I left that Mechnicsburg office and went to the camphill office. Expect two people to keep up with the appointments. Save money by reducing staff. Sounds just like big corporations. BUT THEY CATE ABOUT YOU, YEA RIGHT! TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Despicable service at your 160 West 26th Lab. I had seen my doctor in the very same building was given a 24 hour urine jug, when I took it back after 24 hours they office staff REFUSED me to drop it off saying I have to make an appointment. My Doctor will be calling the Lab to make sure the tall guy who claimed he's the manager gets fired along with a short Spanish woman who was very rude. The results were urgent as I have Kidney Cancer and I was treated like garbage. DO NOT GO to this unprofessional lousy lab.

First of all, there is NO human receptionist to help, Secondly, for whatever reason, the check-in machine did not recognize my appointment and the tech told me to wait until all the people with appointments were seen and then she would see me. An hour later, all the people were gone, but no one came to get me. I knocked on the door to alert the techs that everyone had gone. Someone arrived at the door and told me that I could no longer be seen since I had the audacity to knock on the door to alert them that I was still there and waiting. This was just to punish me. For what? Waiting patiently for an hour? Are we back in first grade? I'll never go back to Quest. No respect given or willingness to help with a bad situation..

I would give negative 10 if I could! File the claim correctly the first time and refile it the multiple times that I asked you too. Quest is an in network provider for me and this should have been paid by insurance. Yet in order to keep from going to collections I had to pay almost $800!! I filed appeals, submitted authorizations, and spent countless hours trying to resolve this. The insurance finally told me there is nothing more to be done except have Quest refile it correctly. I called Quest so many times to get someone who understood this. And the only response I got was “oh that’s unfortunate, we have payment plans if you need it”. What I needed was someone who could get this taken care of. I now avoid going to draw stations simply because of this. I use other labs when I can so as not to give them my business anymore. This really could have been a simple fix. It happened on another bill and when I talked to a customer service rep at quest he fixed it right away and it was done with. But I couldn’t seem to get anyone to understand for this bill. It was filed as lab one and told my insurance that I drove to Kansas to have my blood drawn. Which is ludicrous. I live in Colorado and had it drawn in grand junction. Lab one isn’t in network but quest is and I have no out if state benefits so….considering I never left the state it should have been paid. But it wasn’t! because quest filed it wrong. Are you getting the message that I had to pay a bill that it was Quest’s fault that i even owed it! I pay thousand s month for insurance and to have to pay a bill that wasn’t my fault is infuriating. And to work on it for over a year and still end up paying for it. Unacceptable! Oh and I did try to get the insurance to correct it so that the amount owed was zero so legally I wouldn’t be responsible. But because it was filed incorrectly the insurance said their hands were tied. Do these reviews even help? Obviously not! Look at how many there are. I guess QUEST doesn’t give a crap! How are they even still in business?
