Good grief, what a racket. They make bank off the insurance companies, but have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. I've been trying to verify my identity with them for days. Their phone system doesn't work, their web chat personnel can't actually do literally anything, and there are no humans except the techs working at the locations, and the techs cant' help you. Someone at the top of this company is going to bed on a pile of money made from the misery of the customers he cares nothing about. Never go here.

Never had this happen before at Quest, but today I can only describe my experience as one of total incompetence. He didn't seem to know his job.The computer seemed to bother him. And it was somehow my fault! I will not return.

I have been awaiting blood work test results for a week now, with no communication and no means of contacting a representative. This lack of responsiveness is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

They take money out of your account without your permission, and without taking a test. Then you ask them to return the money, and they think of every reason in the book not to refund you your own money! They are scamming the insurance and also scamming the customer. I would not recommend them to anyone!

I cannot give less than 1 but my experience today has me in tears, I’ve been waiting over an hour as a walk in, when I checked in it said I had 4 people ahead of me, it’s been multiple people called in and when I asked the staff members she was rude and said she was only calling appointments and if she had time she would call me, I explained I had been waiting over an hour actually 1 hour and 18 min fasting and did not feel good she did not care I’m leaving now after all this time waiting just to be treated as I don’t matter and no one cares about it

First time for a positive experience and it was very good. Hats off to Ma. Martha at Quest Diagnostics at Huntington Health on Bellefontaine St Pasadena CA. She was extremely pleasant and professional. I had huge draws for multiple blood panels and she not only kept me engaged in conversation to relax me, but I never felt the needle. She is an asset to the company.

It's a shame it does suck, not the people there, rather the technology or lack of upgrading it. I can make an appointment on line, but I can't reschedule or cancel unless I'm using voice on my phone, no human's involved and I'm going to give baycare or other a shot at my business. I have insurance, quest has my policy, I wish I could get accurate prices for other tests I've gotten, the website was better 3 yrs ago, now it a pile of crap

My daughter needed to do a drug urine test to start her internship. People at my work said you get same day results. Quest uses random couriers to send the sample to the lab and it takes 5-7 business days. They should tell you that upfront.
