I recently visited the Oakland Park, What an amazing staff
I recently visited the Oakland Park, FL location and just wanted to say — I have never felt more comforted getting my lab work done. The team was incredibly efficient and super friendly, creating such a welcoming atmosphere.
Special shoutout to Samantha — she was an absolute ray of sunshine and made the whole experience so much better. Thank you to the entire Oakland Park team for your professionalism and kindness!

Called Quest customer service main office today. I was transferred three times the third time they hung up, horrible company. Had blood work taken 5 days ago no results yet. Very difficult to give this company even one star.

I would give it a negative if that was available. My husband was treated so badly by phlebotomist Anna at the Menifee location on Haun Rd. yesterday I am very disappointed. The phlebotomist Anna (refused to give us her last name). She was very rude and condescending (my husband is Hispanic). She told me that they "do not do those tests here". When in fact they do have a contract to do those tests. Her supervisor was dismissive. I hope that other people are not subjected to this kind of damage. Sincerely, Janice Renteria, MBA, RN

Sad EXPERIENCE
I went to my local QD AND AS USUAL there are issues because there is no check and balance. Manger doesn’t manage. We were there 1 hour and no movement. If my insurance did not only cover them, I would never go there.

Bad Customer Service
I made an appointment last week for bloodwork. I didn't see it on the dashboard. After several unanswered calls I decided to go in person only to sit in an unattended waiting room. I couldn't check in through the kiosk because I wasn't in the system. When a tech finally opened the door and I attempted to speak to her, she pointed to the kiosk. When I started to explain, she rolled her eyes turned her back and went back in. I guess I'm just spoiled. When I have appointments at the VA hospital, my questions are answered and I am treated with the utmost respect. In reading these reviews, it is obvious that your staff lacks customer service skills which is attributed to bad management and lack of training.
Thank God I don't need you! Good Luck!

EVENTUALLY YOUR WHOLE LINE WILL SUFFER BECAUSE OF YOUR LACK OF GUINUINE CONCERN FOR YOUR PATIENTS AND THEIR BILLING ISSUES!!! THE TIME IS COMING!!

Parent Warning
I feel compelled to share what happened to my son at the Quest Diagnostics location we were referred to for his blood work, not once, but twice.
This morning was absolutely heartbreaking. The technician attempting to draw his blood was not only incompetent, poking him multiple times without success, but also extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept yelling, “Other patients are waiting outside”, and repeatedly shouted at my son, saying “IF YOU MOVE, IT WILL TAKE FOREVER" while poking him multiple times.
My son was not moving at all, he remained calm and simply asked how long it would take. He’s mature and fully understands how blood work is done. But her aggression, impatience, and complete lack of compassion made the experience traumatic for both of us. Eventually, she gave up and told us to come back another day - WITHOUT COMPLETING THE BLOOD DRAW.
Sadly, this was our second horrible experience at Quest Diagnostics. Similar experience last time...
In contrast, other labs we’ve used in Chicago(not related to Quest) have been amazing, professional, patient, and experienced with kids. Never a single issue.
It’s deeply upsetting that some families are forced to rely on a facility where children are treated with such disregard and cruelty. Parents deserve better, and so do our kids.
No child should be yelled at or mistreated during a medical procedure. If your child needs lab work, I strongly encourage you to explore other, more compassionate/professional options.
