I go 2 times per year . I get my blood sugar tested and LDL and few others. I have had same insurance for last 2 years. I went they said I needed to give CC info because blood sugar has co pay. They billed 81.00 2 times. They said my Dr isn't coding correctly that I am pre diabatic. I went this past May and now there is no co pay for blood sugar but they said LDL and Vitamin D may not be covered and cost is 523.00? They asked for CC I said no way. This makes no sense, previous 2 years never paid. I have tried calling sent email no response. I have been going to Quest for 10 years and now seems to be something different every time I go

Quest laboratory in Solon is a joke. Why the Cleveland clinic and University hospital chose to dummy down and disappoint all their patients by taking quest as their main source of lab work is criminal! It's a total s*** show up there. You got people that don't even know how to do a basic blood withdrawal. You got some critter walking around with three and four piercings and braids in her mouth and popping gum. She look like she still drinks Similac. My son has been getting blood work done for over 20 years and he came home looking like a butchered animal and that child has no business doing what she does for a living. If you read the reviews about quest they have a 2.5 rating out of 51 reviews in Cleveland clinic and University hospitals ought to be a shame of themselves because they have a personal interest in helping them build their clientele. It's just wrong and criminal. I wish I could submit a picture of the damage that they did to my son

They never post results on MyQuest, even when requested. You can never reach a human for any issue, the recoding's to 'help' do not. They are the perfect example of the useless dumpster fire The U.S. for-;profit health care is. Your data may 'belong' to you - but good luck getting it, although they are surely selling it to anyone and everyone except you. Bloody useless crappy company. zero ethics. zero customer service. I am not even sure I trust their lab processing integrity. Nothing about their corporate governance gives me enough confidence to believe anything coming out of any aspect of this business. The execs are probably too busy playing golf and getting fat to care.

Extremely Disappointed in Service and Billing Practices I had a very disappointing experience with this company. As a self-pay patient paying with cash, I made it clear at the time of service that I would not be using insurance. Despite this, I was later billed the full price. Assuming it was a simple oversight, I contacted customer service expecting a quick correction. Unfortunately, I was met with unexpected rudeness and unhelpful behavior from several representatives. Although I remained polite throughout the interaction, I was repeatedly transferred, disconnected, and even had a representative hang up on me. Eventually, I learned that the issue stemmed from an internal error—my account was not marked as "self-pay" by the employee who processed the order. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, the company shifted blame between the doctor’s office and me, insisting there was nothing they could do and refusing to honor the original cash rate I was quoted. Now, despite doing everything correctly on my end, I’m being sent to collections for a charge that should have never occurred. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered, and I’m deeply disappointed in how the situation was handled (or not handled). Quest is a terrible company that does not care one bit for its customers.

I don't like Quest Diagnostics Billing . When going to visit, I pay my deductible on my credit card. A few weeks after my visit, I receive notifications from my bank advicing that Quest Diagnostics Billing office has made an additional charge to my credit card. These charges are always done without my authorization. You can't pay cash at the facility so you're forced to use your card that they keep in their system as an on hold and they don't bother to send a bill to explain the additional charges. This is theft, if you don't ask but take, your company is guilty of theft.

I opened a letter with a bill to my wife from quest for $45. I called the Quest business office to see if I could pay on the phone. I was on hold for about 10 minutes. The rep. said that normally I could but their system was down. I decided to pay by mail. The next day when in a book store, I decided on impulse to call again and see if they'd let me pay without actually having the bill in front of me or the billing number. I was on hold for maybe 22 minutes. I told the rep that the previous day when I called, their system had been down and now I was calling back to see if I could pay without the bill number. She said, "Do you have the bill number?" I replied, "I just told you I don't have it." She hung up. I know the call wasn't simply dropped because when she hung up it went to the automated satisfaction survey. I called the general quest number and asked for someone, maybe a manager, who could take a complaint against the woman who had hung up on me. She said that she'd connect me with someone. I said that I really didn't want to be in a long phone queue again. She transferred me into a phone queue. It estimated that I'd be waiting a long time, so I took the option to receive a call back. When I was called back, it was some customer service rep. who said she couldn't take complaints. She told me to call the corporate office and gave me the number. When I called the corporate office and chose the "Customer Experience Team" option, it was just a voicemail that told me to leave my name, phone, and e-mail, and I'd be contacted later. I decided to write this review instead. I urge you to deal with another outfit that have a little more class than this.

Destroyed my vein!!! I left with the gauze on. My arm hurt. Took it off. Raised bloody bump. An hour or so later purple and swollen. Iced it. Woke up today and it had crawled up my arm. Stings still and hurts. Do not let them draw your blood if you can go elsewhere!! This was Fishers Indiana 116th street location. I have picture to prove it.
