Date appoinment : may 3 2025 , 7 am I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at Quest Diagnostics. The nurse, Sasha, inserted the needle and then turned her body away to engage in a personal conversation, which caused her to lose the vein. As a result, she had to puncture my other arm, leaving the first one badly bruised. When I calmly expressed my concern, she completely ignored me and showed no remorse or professionalism. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of respect for patients. For the well-being of her future patients and herself, I strongly recommend that Sasha receive additional training.

They say you cam walk in no appointment needed. But what they don't tell you is your going to wait 3 or 4 hours. Self check in . Awful No one to talk too just a lobby full of patient's .

My expertise with the staff at quest was wonderful. My only issue is that Quest diagnostics saves debit/credit card information and automatically deducts money after the insurance has paid their portion. This has happened to me once before. During my recent visit on 3/24/25, I was told that my payment to be made was $16.26, a balance from previously and that it had to be paid in order for services to be done. I specifically explained to the lab technician that I did not want my card to be saved on file. She told me that it wouldn’t be and that it was only for the current payment. May 2, 2025, there was a deduction of $82.16 from Quest Diagnostics. I have called and was told that I had given preauthorization to have card on file. Not true. They say that the customer is always right but in this case they are telling me I said what I didn’t say and that there is nothing that they can do. Please, if Quest is your designated lab source or you are aware of elderly family members who are designated to go there, please make them aware of Quest Diagnostics tactics.

Trying to communicate about an incorrect billing was awful. Left on hold for a long time. Horrible customer service!!!

Ohio Health has contracted with Quest Diagnostics for approximately 8 months. Prior to that lab work and receiving results were done in house, which resulted in the ability to receive any necessary treatment in a timely manner. Since the change, the amount of time to receive lab results is unreasonable. In the case of an infection, waiting on the results for up to a week delays beginning treatment to receive relief from painful symptoms and a worsening condition. The issue is that lab tests are sent out of state for results. This situation does not support the ability of the physician to effectively treat their patient. Ohio Health needs to reconsider the contract with Quest in order to prioritize the needs of their patients and not the provider.

I haven't been to Quest in years, but decided to use them for this one time because for convenience. There was no one there when I went for my appt in the morning, which I thought was weird. Now I know why, because they are a terrible company to get blood work done at. The results take unethically long to get back. Please avoid Quest if you want to be taken care of properly.

We scheduled an appointment at a Quest Diagnostics and ended at one that was really close but not the correct one. The problem is there is no receptionist. Checking in at a front desk would of resolved this issue quick. We go to the next quest and there once again is no front desk. Self check ins can be convenient but having a single human being working in the waiting area would of made this issue much more simple. We ended up going somewhere else for blood work.
