This morning I had a 910am appointment at quest diagnostics in ellwood city. The phlebotomy was absolutely amazing..I am an extremely hard stick and unfortunately my veins were not cooperating:( I told her to stick me til she finds something..she kept apologizing but I told her " no worries " it's totally my veins not her! She searched and finally found a veins that would cooperate and my labs were completed. I cannot say enough about how absolutely amazing this little girl was. Definitely a 🌞 bright spit in my day because of her being so outstanding!

I went to quest at 380 R Merrimack St., Methuen mass. I always go to that location and the girls are the absolute best there. I have always had wonderful treatment by Jackie in the past, this time I had Triana. she went above and beyond as well. She called my doctors office because they were incorrect codes on the lab requisition. She also called me at my home to let me know that it was all taken care of. They are the best crew ever. I hope none of them ever leave.

Honestly the worst! In CT use Yale Labs for blood work! Quest will not bill United Healthcare again for payments that was refused! I don’t know who’s worse Quest or United Healthcare! Quest will not return phone calls even though they say they will !Regarding test 12/12/2023 and follow up calls from me as late as today 12/10/24

First and foremost DONT EVER USE QUEST you have others that you can use you have choices. I’m 60 years old been coming to quest for over 13 years but today was the day that made me change my entire mind I was treated so horribly I’ve never been treated so rudely and disrespected I didn’t deserve how I was treated. The new hire November needs to be trained on how to treat customers and if you want respect GIVE IT no manners NO KINDNESS this place is a definitely a place that has nothing but horrible attitudes don’t go there trust me I’m the most honest person

I visited the Quest Diagnostics location at 9333 Genesee Ave with my disabled mother. The check-in kiosk indicated a wait time of 30-60 minutes, but we waited over 2 hours with no assistance, despite informing the staff. This experience was very disappointing, especially for patients with special needs. I hope they improve their service and support.

Quest lab in Hampton at the UPMC medical center Rt8 and Mt Royal is horrible! They claim to be a walk-in lab open until 3pm but they are not! Do not use this facility. The staff are rude! I walked in on 12/5/24 and registered to have routine lab work at 2:35pm. A lab tech came out and declared “we are not taking any more walk-ins today!” The waiting room was empty! I said it’s 2:35 and you close at 3pm. She said “if I draw your blood now I’ll have to be here until 4pm!” Like What!? This is a walk-in lab that’s supposed to be open until 3pm and the worker doesn’t want to draw my blood because she might have to work a minute over! This was totally unbelievable and unacceptable!!! I will never step foot into a Quest lab again and I will tell my family and friends not to use this lab either. Just rude and disrespectful and unprofessional! To everyone reading this review Boycott the monopoly Quest labs! 1 star is too good for Quest!

I have no issues with the actual Lab work at Quest Diagnostics, but a BIG ISSUE with their BILLING DEPARTMENT! I accidentally OVERPAID a bill by $362.00 and have been fighting to get my REFUND back from Quest for 90 days now! Even though Quest AGREES that I overpaid them, every time I call, I get the SAME ANSWER, “I have put in your request for a Refund”. The problem is, the check is NEVER SENT! I have since moved on to Lab Corp, which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They are conveniently located in Walgreens and NO ISSUES with their Billing Department! AVOID QUEST DIAGNOSTICS AT ALL COSTS!

Not user-friendly to make an appt. Recording. No human interactions in the "office" in fact, there's no office. There's a curtain covering the glass when you walk in. I'm guessing they cut the staff to save money. Anyway, I have to have bloodwork every 3 weeks. Each time I call I have to give ALL OF MY INFORMATION AGAIN it's so annoying!!! Thank goodness the actual technician is super nice & friendly.
