Great experience!
Great experience!! Everything went exactly as what was described online. I was able to get top dollar for an item I have not worn in years all from the comfort of my own home and without costing me a dime.

Doing business with this company was a great experience
Doing business with this company was surprisingly easy and the quote I got online and the actual amount they offered me was very close. The only complaint I have is they use the USPS which has become inconsistent and unreliable these days. Where my check was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days it took a week. Although ultimately I contacted Redollar and had them cancel payment on the check and sent to Zelle instead and I received my money that day. So overall they are an excellent company, I’ve done business with them twice and plan to come back again. My only suggestion is that they use a more reliable shipping company like UPS or FED-X.

Dear Ms. Reeves, Thank you very much for your review. We use USPS (Priority Mail) free and insured shipping only for sales volumes equal or lower than $500. For higher sales volumes, we offer free and fully insured shipping from FedEx and UPS Parcel Pro. Because we operate on a razor-thin profit margin of only 5-9% (gold), it would not be efficient to use any shipping carrier other than USPS for such volumes. Our profit on $500 in sales is $45 before costs. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, there may be delays on the part of USPS, but we do everything in our power to avoid such delays if circumstances allow. You must put your trust in there…
You must put your trust in there service and expertise. My transaction went very quickly from start to finish. They gave me almost exactly what I knew my gold watch was worth in terms of gold value. If you use their service I am sure you will not be disappointed.
