They had the blades I needed to revive…
They had the blades I needed to revive a 50-year-old bandsaw I saved from the landfill. Shipping seemed a little high for such lightweight goods, but I reckon they're geared up for larger, heavier, more industrial shipping. Great blades, timely delivery, good communication. I'll order here again.

Great Customer Service, but Major issue with the blades
The customer support experience is amazing. However, after receiving my order of saw blades, each one of them ended up breaking after a small amount of time on the saw, right on the welded joint of the blade. After examining one of the blades before I put it on the saw, I could clearly see a deformation in that area, and it ended up breaking not too long after that.

It appears that the blades were not welded properly, causing the breakage you observed. To resolve this, we will send someone to pick up the faulty blades from you and return them to our shop for repair. Once fixed, we will send the blades back to you at no additional cost, prioritizing your order to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible. James and Jake will follow up with you shortly to arrange the pickup and provide any further assistance you may need. Additionally, our team has been informed to take extra care with the welding process to prevent this from happening in the future. We appreciate your understanding and hope to improve your experience with us.

906 blades are awesome and just feel…
906 blades are awesome and just feel more heavy duty then the blades I had been using the Bi-metal were amazing. I lost count how many nails I hit before I had to change the blade out. the Bi-metal was too aggressive to use on my hard Olive wood but all the other hardwoods worked great. worth the extra cost.
