I purchased SelfDecode three years ago and have recommended it to many people. I frequently revisit the website and recently downloaded the app to continue learning and exploring my genetic makeup. I love the health reports, and the company is always expanding into new territory and more detailed analyses. I'm looking forward to trying the Ancestry service next.

It has way more DNA medical info than other apps I used in the past

I love how user friendly this platform is. It takes complex concepts and makes them easy to understand and apply. I was able to better understand how to approach a variety of issues from fatigue to hormone balance and much more based on my genetics! I also love that you can upload labs and take assessments to get the whole picture.

They sent me an email giving me notice of my subscription renewal with a misleading subject line starting with “Congrats! …”. I goes without saying that I didn’t open it. Just got charged for 1 year subscription and when I told them about it on the very day they charged me they declined to refund me. Bad customer service!
