I found selfdecode while searching online for a way to "translate" my blood test results into "simple and understandable" English . I couldn't get an appointment with my Dr. for another 3 weeks and I really wanted to know what was going on in my body. So I uploaded my test results and got exactly that. They explain the labs in a very easy but educational way. You also get tips on how to better your health, things to avoid and what you need to discuss with your Dr. This has been a huge help for me trying to figure out my health issues! I just ordered my DNA kit from them and I can't wait to get the result loaded on my account. Even though I still need to see my Dr for follow-ups, having all this knowledge has helped me communicate better with my Dr and also be more confident in asking the right questions and making educated decisions to get my health back on track!

I started with the annual membership, and realized this tool is a gamechanger, so I switched to the lifetime membership. Every time I log in, I am blown away with the new reports and info added. I love how the reports are filled with recommendations that are easy to take action on, and you can also go as deep into each SNP and geek out by all the detail. Equally valuable to me are the Lab Analyzer reports. I entered all my past labs so I can track my progress towards optimal results. I'm definitely a work in progress, so I'm grateful to have found Joe and the team at SelfDecode to guide me in the right direction.

DNA coaching program / Healthy coaching program I signed up for the DNA coaching program back in January 2021. The 4 sessions that I had with Dr. Greg Nacarelli were filled with actionable steps to improve my health based on my own personal genetics. The steps include but are not limited to changes in diet, adding exercise, sauna, and a variety of supplements / herbs. Dr. Greg Nacarelli solved most of my issues. Dr. Greg is very personable, knowledgeable, and understanding. Maintaining optimal health is a lifelong process. One must make changes such as diet, exercise, and supplement were necessary. I highly recommend that you see Dr. Greg Nacarelli. I wish I could give you 10 stars instead of 5. Keep up the great work Dr. Greg, Joe Cohen and the rest of the Self Decode team! Self Decode Reports Legacy Review The legacy version has a lot of good reports such as Anxiety, Cognition, COMT , PEMT and MTHFR. The reports are easy to understand with scientific references to articles at the end. Most importantly the reports show actionable steps such as lifestyle changes and supplements to utilize to improve on these genes.

I signed up for a lifetime membership a year and a half ago. I've gotten so much from this company. I wish I could have invested in their stock. Customer service is always fast to respond. I've learned lots of health issues and how to help them and my mutations and polymorphism and have dived into genomic and learned so much and this is all so interesting. Labs are great to be able to monitor my issues personally and my optimal levels vs normal.

I'm very impressed with SelfDecode. I've learned a lot more than I expected to learn about my genes as well as changes I can make to mitigate negative tendencies. Amazingly more reports are added every week and I plan to change from annual to lifetime membership to avail myself of emerging understandings. When I have questions, a team member gets back to me by email within 24 hours.
