We found out my mother was adopted when she was 58 we found her mother but the family wasnt keen on giving us any information including health. This upload of my DNA helped me see health issues and begin to fix some of them.

Love the site. Not everything is black and white anymore. This is why it's so beneficial to have a company that dedicate to clear some things out. The information you provide, give us a good guide and eliminate a lot of the trial-and-error we have to go through. Thank you!

My introduction to SelfDecode came about by clicking on a website called SelfHacked and finding a plethora of information on all aspects of health and wellness. My interest in this topic stemmed from many, many years of multiple symptoms that puzzled numerous physicians. Consequently my interest in DNA developed, which in turn led me to SelfDecode. I have since gained a lot of knowledge and insight into the process of DNA analysis and it’s association in identifying possible predisposed conditions. CEO Joe Cohen and his impressive list of doctors, scientists, researchers and engineers are to be congratulated on their expertise and diligence in creating a venue where we can go to learn the many ways we can heal ourselves. Not only do these experts give advice on supplements, diet, exercise, etc, but they include links to actual studies based on our individual conditions and the supplements recommended. Needless to say, I highly recommend SelfDecode for anyone who wants limitless, personal incite into their own bodies and how to heal based on proven science!

Very informative and helpful to understand your own health. I also like that the interface is user friendly and easy enough to understand and dive into more scientific data and information. You can use it as a guide for more outside research to really get into your health concerns (if any) or just to optimize your overall health.

I've tried a couple other sites that give you information on improving your health with your DNA, but Self Decode blows they all away. It functions both as a DNA for dummies and a source for us more scientific minds to explore.
