Self-Decode is a great company!!! Self-Decode has an amazingly responsive, informative, and knowledgeable support team. I have had an account at Self Decode for about 4 years now and last year in 2021, I bought a lifetime membership for myself and my husband. I got busy and actually never used the lifetime membership until May 2022. In logging onto my Self Decode account, I saw that they were upgrading their website with a new Beta 2.0 membership portal. It then dawned on me that I didn’t have any idea how to use the LifeTime membership, what it meant, what to do with it, where to find it, etc. Not knowing what to do felt overwhelming. I took a chance and contacted Self-Decode’s Support Team. These days, I often feel that it is a roll of the dice what kind of response or help I am going to get from any Support team. Most often Support Teams take days to get back to you. They don’t seem to know what you are talking about. And most Support Teams don’t know what to do about your problem. I didn’t have a lot of positive expectations about getting any help from the Self Decode Support Team. But I was SO wrong! Within a short amount of time -that same day I contacted them!!! , the Self-Decode Support Team sent me an email- from a real person!- addressing my problem. I needed to know how to use my Lifetime membership, what I got for it and what and how I would receive what I was supposed to get for my Life Time Membership. (Also, it turned out that I actually already had 2 accounts on SD and somehow they were both going to have to be merged.) The Self Decode Support Person responded with super excellence! She acknowledged my difficulties and clearly communicated that she accurately understood what my problem was and what needed to be done to get everything in working and accessible order. She asked me for a little bit of information and then ‘like magic” a few hours after that initial email - again on the same day! - she merged my 2 accounts, and set up my lifetime membership in the new Beta 2.0 portal, giving me very clear and specific directions as to how to use and access the Lifetime membership information. She then followed up and did the same thing for my husband’s account. But the good things don’t stop there. When I logged onto my new Self Decode lifetime membership (where I am supposed to get everything available from Self Decode for a lifetime) I was literally amazed at the information that was available to me. Many, many detailed and personalized Self Decode gene reports. The information in these reports is clear and personally specific which makes it incredibly useful. There is a report for every health and wellness aspect that I can imagine. I have been a certified nutritionist, herbalist, midwife, and wellness coach for over 30 years having done over 10,000 nutrition and wellness programs. So I am very familiar with wellness recommendations for building better health and robust energy. I am familiar with the kind of information in these Self Decode reports but to have them be so personalized and specific is beyond my wildest dreams. This Self Decode lifetime membership is probably one of the best health and wellness resources that I have ever purchased. It will serve me well and support me in being healthier, happier, calmer, with more robust energy going forward in many life stages. Everyone should join Self Decode.
