Everything was very easy and stressfree. I broke my phone, went online, selected I wanted a new phone, relieved new phone a few days later and then returned my old phone. It was that easy

I had 2 claims for a samsung galaxy fold 6. My first claim i was forced to have all my interactions with the company over their phone support due to the website having a bug where I couldn't see my claim. I had to call 32 times (not exaggerating in the slightest) to finally get my claim complete. Customer service is outsourced and every rep will tell you something different and don't appear to keep notes on your previous interactions. One interactions I was told to send a picture of my phones damage to their email. I sent them this photo and was told to wait 24 hours. I waited and was never called back and when I did I was told to send it again, this happened over and over 4 days in a row. A similar situation occurred when I was told to pay. I asked them how they wanted payment and they said over the website (which wasn't working) I informed the rep of this and was told they would contact their back team and to wait 24 hours (pretty much if they run into any sort of snag they will resort to the 24 hour wait line) I waited and nothing happened. This cycle repeated 3 times until they finally fixed the website and I could pay. A different call I was told to go to a store over 50 miles away to get the phone repaired, annoying but understandable. I called this store ahead to make an appointment and good thing I did. The store told me they don't fix the inside screen of my specific fold as it is a samsung.com exclusive and if the screen they have dose not match the color then the Claim could be out of pocket they told me the screen is no different than any other fold, is is purely serial number based. I called back servify to report back what I found out, the rep sounded shocked when I told them what I was told and guess what I was told to do? Wait 24 hours and call back. Eventually I was able to ship the phone in and that process was easy, but getting to that process was the most complicated frustrating and time wasting procedures I have ever endured. On the complete 180 spectrum of that experience, I had another claim for the same device and I was able to go though the website. Filing my claim was easy on the website. It was approved within 24 hours and they shipped me a brand new phone and had me send my damaged one after I got the new one ( which was really convenient as the claim i did with customer service had me ship my damaged phone to them, wait almost 2 weeks for them to get it, repair it and send it back) overall, If you file a claim with this company, do not file your claim with their phone team if you have any sort of value of your time or sanity. Their online portal (If working) is quick and easy to file.

Excellent customer service. The repair tech called me ahead of time to make sure he had the parts available before I made a trip. He also had my broken screen replaced in a couple of hours. Highly recommend.

My phone replacement arrived in less than a day and I was quickly able mail in my broken phone the next day with the shipping label they provided.

I don't know what I'm exactly reviewing. So since I don't know what this is but if keeps sending me requests to review I'm giving it a 3 star review. So whatever this is, the brand recognition is poor and the email requesting review is poor.

Easy to file claim and received replacement device as promised

The online service for phone repair and replacement is extremely easy to use and navigate. I answered a few questions, and then it gave me choices on how to proceed. Since they were out of the Samsung Fold 5, they replaced my phone, within a few days, with a brand new Samsung Fold 6 at no extra charge. Make sure to purchase the Samsung repair service when purchasing a new phone. It's worth every penny you pay. My brother and I purchased the same phone at the same time, but he decided not to buy the service plan. Now he's stuck with a yellow line across the main screen on his Fold 5 phone, and I have a new Fold 6. I couldn't be happier with the service plan.
