They really stepped up to replace the first watch that didn't work correctly. They were out of stock and offered a newer model! I was extremely happy with the 2nd repacement!

Stop stealing customer money. My repair was a manufacturer defect so it should have been fully covered. I was duped into giving card info by claiming I had to pay a $1 service fee when it was really to get my card info and charge me 100 erroneously. Then once I disputed and proved I was charged in error I was told I then had to pay 29 not 99 and would only get a partial refund. This company and insurance provided is a scam.

The person was very knowledgeable. He offered more than on solution to the problem. The representative understood my urgent need of a replacement due to an elderly parent. I appreciated his patience in explaining everything.

I called the day prior to ask a few questions about turn around time. The next day I dropped the phone off for repair and it was completed within 24 hours. I was in no rush to have the phone repaired. I had already activated another phone.

The fixed the front and back glass of my Samsung S 24 ultra. Looks like new again! It took less than two hours.

Appreciated that when the product couldn't be fixed that it was replaced.
