We have the Flip phones which are plagued with the screen cracking after roughly a year and a half of service when new. When warrantied we are provided refurbished equipment which has a significantly lower screen life, as such they are required to be warrantied more often. As a result, we reached our maximim warranty expense well before the phones themselves are outdated. I feel like the phone values should be lowered to match what a refurbished unit would cost in reality, or the maximum allowed warranty value should be increased, or new phones should be provided when warrantied.

My Samsung Flip5 failed. I called the warrant coverage number. Was offered 2 options. Took the replacement phone option. It turned up in days. Easy. No problems. Customer Service was clear and very helpful

Process was easy once connected to Servify, however not very good instructions from Samsung Care + to initiate process and no information when the process was done. I had to manually check the process every so often to see where things were and when the process was done. Also, nothing to indicate the process was completed, no email, etc. I presume it was completed when I manually checked and it said "completed".

All went smooth, no issues.
