The service was quick.

I have been waiting for more than a week for phone replacement. For a week the unprofessional customer personnel keel lying that they will deliver the following day. 24 hour replacement turning a week and still counting still waiting. Probably I will never received the phone. Don't trust samsung. It's all good until you need a service from them.

Fast understanding and caring I called with Situation happening to my phone. They told me my options gave me a price and the rest was history. The person that I was speaking with was very understandable of my situation. He Made the whole process very easy and fast my phone was replaced in a short time and now life moves on, thank you.

My customer service experience has been awful. I lost my phone and they required my to verify my identity by sending me a text to my lost phone. I had to purchase a Sim card and barrow my friends phone so I could verify my identity. It took me 3 days to get all of this done and many calls to servify. If was a nightmare and not worth it. Plus after all of that my phone turned up and the locked me out and refused to unlock it so I could recover my data. I removed Samsung care plus from my account because of this nightmare experience. I recommend using a tempered glass screen protector and calling it a day.

Called and filed my claim the day before I went for a repair. Wasn't notified until I called back while at the store to get it repaired that there was a problem and was told to wait 24 hours. Multiple calls (about 15) and 3-4 days later they finally just canceled that claim and did a new one so I could get my phone fixed. The whole time I was never given any info and only told I had to wait 24 hours over and over.

The next day shipping was incredible and the customer service answered all of my questions
