I have only used once when I was in the middle of a terrible bought of Covid. The nurse practitioner was on time, professional, and helpful. Very happy with my experience, currently looking into their annual plan. I don't have insurance, so this is an only option for me, and personally, I feel it's a great alternative, especially for those without insurance or where it's difficult to get to a doctor.

What made my experience great was the attention to detail that I provided, such as O2 levels, my current health issue, medication, the attention that I provided my blood pressure and temperature, as I had tested positive for Covid.

It was quick and easy toake an appointment right when I need it. Although I have a good health insurance and PCP, it was the weekend, I wasn't able to contact my doctor, do Sesame cam to my rescue, enable me to see a doctor virtually and get a prescription on time!
