The telehealth visit was fast and easy. I got my wife's prescription refills done in exactly 15 min. I guess we will use this service again next time.

First off, it was too quick. I was asked very few questions. I told the nurse what I was usually prescribed for my COPD flair ups. She said she would prescribe them. After the call ended, I realized I didn’t tell her the dosage so I called her and told her. She said that she already sent In prescription, besides, she can’t prescribe that dosage because she’s not my primary. I’ve used Sesame before without a problem with the prescription. So now I still haven’t gotten through the COPD exasperation. I use Sesame when I travel in the winter.

So happy to have access straight away to a doctor when I badly needed one. She helped me with my prescription and I am now well.

Both doctors that I have seen on Seasme have been wonderful. Down-to-the-point yet personable. It is above the competitor's quick and rushed demeanor. I will use Sesame instead, even though the other service is free for me through my insurance.

I was able to receive help quickly for an upper respiratory infection and I saved a lot of money because I am uninsured.

I thought I had found something good until I booked a mental health appointment after not being able to be treated for months. The appointment was cancelled on their end with no warning. I signed in to join the appointment and it was just gone. They will not let me update my email address (saying it is due to HIPPA) without cancelling my entire account, being reimbursed my monthly fee and setting up a whole new account where all my past appointment information will be gone, when I add the correct email address in the actual appointment booking, they still don't use it and nobody knows how to pick up a phone apparently. Nobody will respond to my messages or phone calls even though they state they will within 24 hours. Let me remind you this was a mental health appointment. Pretty important. Luckily I wasn't in such a bad way as to want to hurt myself or anyone else, but the doctor that chose not to show up sure the hell didn't know that. Now I am left feeling like I am not worthy of treatment for some reason, not worth their time and that I am absolutely not important nor is my mental/physical health and wellbeing. Thanks a lot. Sesame Care should NOT be offering mental health treatment to people. If you actually need real mental health care, DO NOT USE SESAME.
