My doctor was very friendly & professional. Unfortunately, she couldn’t assist me ( due to the nature of my issue) she recommended I start at an Urgent Care type place. There’s One very close to me and was in & out within 30 minutes, with a prescription.

I was bed ridden from a massive infection and pain. My health provider wasn’t available and Sesame was my life line. The provider was kind, understanding, and thorough. She got me back in my feet and I was able to go back to work within two days!

I appreciate your concern because after talking with la county health department , your nurse talk to me immediately and told me our Doctor contacted with me in a couple of minutes. And the Doctor talked to me and send my prescription to the pharmacy immediately. So thanks a lot.

I was desperate to see a health care professional due to Covid infection. I tried calling my doctor’s office to no avail. But I was able to book a virtual appointment within 45 min time frame. The nurse practitioner was so efficient that I was done and picked up my prescription within 15 min of appt time! A job well done

I read so many reviews before choosing Sesame. I highly recommend! They were the most affordable, had the easiest scheduling, and the provider was great. I will not go to an actual office for mundane needs such as prescription refills again.
