My support ticket was closed and my issue wasn't resolved
My support ticket was closed due to "inactivity". I sent a message after not hearing from them for 2 days and was told they were working on it. After a week they mark it complete and close it due to "inactivity". I don't call this customer service. I call this being ignored. My issue hasn't been resolved and because you have done nothing about it for a week you close the ticket. No wonder you don't take phone calls!!

We’re sorry to hear that this was your experience and understand how the ticket closure may have appeared. Support tickets in our system automatically close after a period without a customer reply. That closure does not mean an issue is being ignored or that work has stopped as we continue to document and work on active matters internally even if a ticket status changes. Tickets that are actively being handled are typically marked as “In Progress” to prevent automatic closure. If that status did not reflect the situation clearly, we understand how that could have caused confusion. We’ve reached out via Trustpilot to request a few details so we can review this specific case directly. We welcome the opportunity to look into it further and ensure everything is properly addressed.
