Setra Hosting made my page load faster…
Setra Hosting made my page load faster than it did when using blue host top shared hosting plan! Crazy! Their customer support is amazing so far! They are really knowledgable and kind. Update: Their Customer Support Speed is slower than bluehost. They have a ticket based system instead of live support. Just be aware incase you need fast support. Thank You Setra,

Jorge, Thank you for the review. I am happy to hear that your website speed has increased since migration and the price is more affordable. In regards to our support, we do provide live support, but after looking into the incident you are referring to, we did have a lot of requests / tickets due to an auto WordPress update breaking many WordPress websites so we were backed up this day and I do apologize for the delay in response as this is not our norm. I do see we credited an extra week on your term as an apology for the delay and appreciate the feedback as there's always room for growth and we always aim to keep evolving. Started off very well
From my perspective, SetraHost are a new player in the hosting market which probably explains their determination to establish a great reputation. Since moving to them, they have been professional, knowledgeable and responsive. It's fair to say they have exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of website hosting. This paragraph written in July 2020. Update- December 28th 2020. All servers down and no response from customer service or via Twitter. Problem now resolved but I took one star off.

Small Business who promises not to increase the price!
I tweeted about how I wanted to take my blog self-hosted back in Feb 2019 and SetraHost got in touch and kindly offered to work with me. I really appreciated how 'real' the conversations and support I received felt. The fact that they also promise to never increase their prices was a big one for me too, as many other hosting companies charge stupid amounts in the second year. I had a few issues with accessing my blog back in the Summer where I had messed up my settings and it did take them a longer time than expected to fix but they did so respectfully and also apologised. SetraHost do have room for improvement and are not perfect but if you are looking to invest in a small business and recieve personal support then SetraHost may be for you!

A better support perhaps
*Update. The founder of Setrahost emailed me and got everything fixed on the same day. I hope i can see a better support in days to come. As mentioned by Denise, very helpful at the beginning but nowsday, they will take 5-7 days to reply to my ticket. My problem still not solved! Disappointed!

Reliable and affordable
Reliable and affordable We have hosted our new site by SetraHost. Its been a few months but so far has been very reliable. There has been no reason to complain. Its affordable and banking on the promise of not increase from second year onwards.
