While they are cool boots
While they are cool boots, just seems like they are old, weathered, been on a shelf for a long time. Hoping I can use conditioner and it will revive the leather.

Great customer service
I ended up returning my purchase because they were too small but overall they had great customer service, prompt replies and easy returns. I'll definitely look at buying from Shoolu again.
