Piece came in broken, will not return emails for replacement product. Bong was made poorly as you cannot fill with water enough to bubble without having water come through inhale piece and into your mouth. Honestly a waste of money dont order from them. Better off going to a head shop locally.

Placed an order on 7/8/2018 and payed for priority shipping, although it states its not guaranteed to arrive in 1-3 days, based on the wording it's especially reasonable to expect it to be SHIPPED by then. My. Order still hadn't shipped out yet, today is 7/13/18, let alone wasn't delivered within 3 days. They report chargebacks will be reported to fraud but I have reasonable suspicion to assume this is a fraudulent website and I will issue a chargeback within 2 weeks from today's date July-13-2018 if I haven't received contact from the owner and my order is not delivered within 5 days from now, July-13-2018. This is abosutely poor customer service and I'm glad I used a fake name for my order because the owner also says they will share your info as a bad scare tactic and bad form of retaliation. Thanks for nothing.

They never shipped my order! Their phone number is listed but nobody ever picks up. It rings and rings and goes to voicemail. I paid extra for express shipping but its been over a week and I still havent had any response or shipping updates from usps.

Hello If you did order from us ,please provide the order ID,I'm sure there always something we can make it up to you, I cannot find any customer or email with your name, if you really order from us and we did not ship it, ,you are more then welcome to do chargeback. we been in business since 2011, we are not going just simple take you money and run. Don't order from these thieves! My $90 order came missing half of it! Including the most expensive item...the $70 item and one other! That was a month ago and while they emailed me back once saying they would ship the rest I've seen no package....no refund...and no further correspondence. I'm reporting it to the BBB and posting all over the internet to serve as a warning to others to take their money elsewhere because these people will rip you off and then ignore you!

The online transaction refunded does take 4-7 business days, we have also screenshot proofs to you the refunded. We did not take you money and run. The refunds its in there on your Statement, please double check it, and I'm sorry if you feel that way we not frauds, Peter@SGP
