Back in business
Response was quick and tech was knowledgeable. He got me back to a good result, though computer seems to have lost some data which couldn't be recovered.

Andrew really cared and went the extra mile even for a relatively simple task. He did the research prior to the appointment and it was resolved understandably and efficiently.

Very helpful
Menshi was very helpful. She walked me through my issue, and provided me with a work around to buy me time until I can upgrade my equipment. I will use Nerd App again!
