Had a brief glitch with the calendar. Customer Service gave me an immediate response with explicit instructions that allowed me to clear up the issue quickly and easily. It was my first need for customer service, and I was very encouraged!

Therapy notes is inexpensive and a good tool for therapists and counselors. Their strongest attribute is their people. They are available more than most companies, answer their phones quickly, will stay on the phone with you until the problem is solved, and send follow up emails, personally. Their customer support is excellent. electronica remittance and payment is fairly easy and convenience, as is credit card payments, statements, and text reminders to patients. The program could use some work for billing and statements, and format of how notes print out, but overall, it's a nice program, and really affordable.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and I needed to use a electronic medical records health system. I chose TherapyNotes and am glad I did. My learning curve was high but every time I have a question, I just reach out and they walk me through my concerns. If they for some reason can't help figure something out, they go get help and get back to me. I do not feel shamed or ridiculed for asking for help. In this day and age that says a lot about the staff and company integrity. Glad for the platform and the support.

Have been using TN almost 2 years now. The software itself is user friendly and the customer service is outstanding. Whenever I have questions, support walks me through what I need to know and answers all my questions. All the phone support staff who have assisted me have all been professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. They also send follow-up emails containing the answers to my questions. Keep up the great work, TN!

TherapyNotes has become an integral part of running my psychotherapy private practice. Practically, it lets me expedite payment and submission of claims to insurance companies, has allowed me to automate and streamline the more cumbersome accounting, chart keeping, and record keeping tasks of running a business, as well as a therapy practice in particular. Aside from the platform allowing me to keep as robust records and charts as is required for any individual case, their biggest selling points are their blog and customer service; their blog is updated frequently with immensely useful information on any aspect of running a psychotherapy practice. TherapyNotes Customer Service is stellar; the replies, even to complex requests or questions, are immediate (typically within two hours) and informative with step-by-step, helpful answers. I’d highly recommend the platform to any health care clinician wanting to automate and better manage their practice.

I have resisted going to a full Electronic Health Record system for 15 years of private practice. The COVID-19 situation has caused me to reluctantly pursue this system so I can more easily go between office and home if we have to switch frequently between in-person and telepsycholgy services. TherapyNotes truly gives full support for starting the system. The staff works hard to give newcomers instructions in a variety of formats including YouTube videos, pictographs of what to do, and then they also have email support and phone support. When I could not figure out something from watching the video or was missing a first step in instructions or I just could not remember something I already had watched, I used both the email and phone support. 5 stars for the patient and cheerful staff of TherapyNotes where only one of many calls and emails I have sent (I have lost count) have elicited an exasperated response and no one scolded me for not having viewed a video or read something first. The email responses usually included links to where I could find an answer. There is a lot to do to set everything up and to create a document library so that people can sign consent forms. They refer you to another software system to create fillable pdf forms and then you have to be careful to only need one overall signature for the form within their system. Entering emails from clients is going to more of a nuisance than just printing them off and hole punching them to place in the folder. I suspect that the conveniences will outweigh the nuisances. I start using it for full notes purposes next week and may have more feedback after that!

If I can learn a EHR anyone can with the support ( hand holding ) I’m getting from TN. It’s been actually fun learning something totally out of my wheel house . The most patient and soft spoken support teams ever . I’m over 60 so the cognitive deficits are real but I’m almost ready to go with totally paperless and touchless less merchant processing!
