Therapynotes is very user friendly. Far easier than the one previously used. The young man, Jordan, who assisted me today was knowledgeable about the software and not only did he solve my issues, but he went above and beyond to assist me. I must say that the problem I was having was not with Therapynotes but with how we were accessing the information.

I had a question regarding removing an intern from our TherapyNotes. I sent an email and within FIVE minutes had an accurate and detailed response! We couldn't do therapy without TherapyNotes!

I have been doing billing for many, many years, and I am so grateful for the amazing support from the TherapyNotes staff. They are there when you need them (no long hold times) and extremely helpful and patient. In addition to the wonderful support, the program is very user-friendly and easy to navigate through. I would strongly recommend TherapyNotes to anyone looking for a new billing program. You will not be disappointed!

I've been really pleased with how easy TherapyNotes is to learn and utilize. It really does simplify things. Billing is honestly is just one click. They have great customer service and have been helpful with any question I have.

AS an administrator for three therapy practices- which all use therapynotes- I do not know how we would do it without the great support, easy of use that therapynotes provides for both our clinicians and myself- called today about moving 1 clinician form 1 practice to another and - a breeze with Therapynotes
