I had always hesitated to call when I needed help thinking that I would either not get my question answered or not be treated with patience and kindness given my experiences with other help lines. But my experience was the exact opposite and I was helped not only with the issues I called about but was also given some spontaneous education about some related matters! And my call was followed up with an e-mail explaining steps to solving my problem in writing. I could not have been more pleased or satisfied!!!

Every time we call Therapy Notes they are incredibly efficient, speak clearly and to the point, and the friendliness is another bonus! Following the phone call they send an email with an overview of the information you inquired about, so helpful!!! Would definitely recommend calling with ANY question you have, great team!

I've never used TherapyNotes until I became a billing specialist for a private practice. Although I miss some features that are in bigger EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and NexGen; TherapyNotes is much easier to use on the billing side of things. My favorite feature is the error messages that appear when posting payments as they direct me what went wrong and how to fix it. I also enjoy the security value it has when storing card information. Oh and creating CMS 1500 forms, the easiest thing I've ever had to create - ever. Most CMS forms I've handled were all done by hand. TherapyNotes does it at a click of a button!

Therapy Notes has been fantastic for my newly started private practice. It allows me, my interns/associates/trainees a place to organize all of our resources and keep our documentation up-to-date. With the business growing fast I'm pretty thankful that TN gives us reminders and a to-do list!

TherapyNotes is a simple EMR system that is really built for therapists. I love the ease of use, but more importantly, the support team is wonderful. They are responsive, patient, and have a tendency to understand more than you would expect! For example, they recently helped me make sense of an insurance claim as they worked with me to input it correctly - for clinicians who do their own billing and know what billing has looked like during COVID-19, I'm sure you'll understand the importance of this!
