She was also endlessly patient with this somewhat technologically challenged customer. I love TherapyNotes, and the ability to use credit card processing seamlessly through them.

I love calling Therapynotes for help. It's always a simple step by step, detail help. They never rush you off the phone, and make you feel very comfortable. They even send you a follow up email with instruction on what you went over for future use. Great customer service. 5 Star company!

I have been with Therapy Notes for a long time! I love love love the customer support. They are very supportive and I am never reluctant to call. I also find that Therapy Notes is constantly striving to keep current with changes in the way practice is done and gets that reflected in their product.

I had emailed a question to Therapy Notes support and Ariel was so quick to reply. Her reply was not only quick, but gave very detailed instructions that answered my question, including screenshots and graphics to further describe what I needed to do. I actually emailed her back asking a totally unrelated question and once again she replied very quickly and with detailed information that walked me through the process I needed. Kudos to her and TN support!
