I've been using Therapy for about 4 years and I really love this software! they make billing so easy and the software is also easy to use. I recently needed to get support due to forgetting my password and the service was phenomenal! Albert was so helpful and knowledgable and took his due diligence with the security process to make sure I was who I said I was. He was a pleasure to work with and solved my issues with ease and respect. Thank you so much Albert!

Therapy Notes has always been very helpful. In this Pandemic, they have been extraordinarily so. Several times, in the past three weeks, I've called with questions, and they have exceeded my expectations! As I said to the last representative I talked to, they're helping us take care of our clients at a time we are all learning about tele-health. I am very grateful to have Therapy Notes as my electronic record system and their support team for my practice.

Therapy Notes offers great tech support for our small group practice. It makes my role as clinical director and supervisor easier knowing that Therapy Notes is available to help with questions about billing, refunds, help with adjusting codes, etc. They are professional, patient and kind, even in the middle of a public health crisis. And now I'm looking forward to their upcoming video conferencing platform later this year!

Trying out TherapyNotes. Choosing the right ehr is a time-commitment, as most people don't keep on changing their ehr. TherapyNotes seems to have lots of pluses: It feels like a quality, smooth-running software. So far, the support has been superb- patient and competent, as I set up the practice step by step. Email support -- you don't have to keep repeating your questions; they seem to comprehend the first time. Phone support -- helpful. I am still reviewing the features that TherapyNotes has. One minor feature missing, but they are gracious enough to hear me out and forward that information to the right desk. They seem to have lots to make the practice efficient.

I have worked with another popular EHR for several years and it is frustrating to not be able to talk to a customer service representative when I need help. Therapy Notes does not put your call on hold for more than a few minutes and the representatives are friendly, knowledable, and give great advice and tips. Also, they send an e-mail summarizing why you called in and how they helped you solve your issue which is great for future reference. I highly recommend Therapy Notes!
