MOST EXCELLENT!! I started working with TherapyNotes as soon as we started our practice. They have been very patient and helpful with all the messes that I made in the transition. This has been the case from the beginning and I am in the 4th year. They figure things out quickly and are able to translate to me the way for me to move me forward! I would highly recommend them for any practice.

I really appreciated that when I called I was given a estimated time I would be on hold and the number I was in line. And they were true to the estimated time. Even though my role within TherapyNotes was not one that could make the changes needed for billing, the representative emailed me the information required to help with Telehealth billing so I could forward to my Admin. This saved everyone time, and I was impressed. The email came right away and I was able to get it to my Admin quickly. Thank you!

As with most large scale companies, the employees do not communicate well with each other which leads to inefficiency.
