The very best customer service. Consistently available and always helpful. The interface is comprehensive. Seeing how I can do everything from my phone is the cherry on the cake. Keep up the good work.

I am looking into switching over to therapy notes and beginning to explore the program through the free trial that is offered. Brooke, a customer success representative, has been incredibly responsive, welcoming, and informative! I very much appreciate the speedy and kind help so far!

TherapyNotes has the best customer support I've ever encountered. After I get my concern addressed, it is always followed by an email that summarizes what was discussed over the phone and it includes relevant links to information and tutorials. Also, every single person I've spoken with is patient and friendly. And, the software is very intuitive and has lots of functionality - If I had more time, I'd probably be able to find the answers to my questions myself.

This rating would be five stars if Therapy Notes created an online method for clients to do the intake paperwork. I don't mean upload and save it, I mean a web-based method like many of the other HRA companies use that upload intake information directly into client's record.. It was almost a deal breaker, but since I used Therapy Notes at my last agency, I didn't have time to learn a new system when I started my private practice Other than this, I feel that Therapy Notes is a great company. The hold time is minimal, they always follow up with an email and written instructions and they are open on Saturdays!! Did I mention the customer service is great and the staff is very patient?

LaTania - We really appreciate your review! We do currently provide a Patient Info Form which allows patients to complete the form electronically. The system then automatically integrates this information into the patient's file. We also support e-signing of documents, and the ability to send forms such as fillable PDF files. TherapyNotes is awesome. I've used at least 5 other EHR and ThrerapyNotes is so user friendly. The support representatives are considerate, knowledgable and go above and beyond. Can't recommend this company enough.

Therapy Notes has been a great experience so far. When I had to call for help they were quick and eager to help. The wait time was short compared to calling insurance companies directly. The staff was also super friendly and helpful.
