I gave one star only because it won't let me give zero stars. I emailed three weeks ago asking about a replacement of a wallet case I bought years ago . . . the new version has a money clip on the outside, so it won't go in a wallet. I asked if I could get the old version. Three weeks, and not a peep from them (other than a nonsensical email telling me my "request has been updated"). I have sent four follow-up emails. Still nothing Just horrible.

Before you purchase from thin optics call their customer service number at 8444844667 There is never anyone available. It asks you to leave your phone number for a call back. They will not call you back, I have left a dozen messages. Try it yourself before placing an order so you can see if you have a problem, you have a problem! The good reviews posted are most likely from them!! UPDATE: I have sent an email as requested below, I will let everyone know the results. The results…I have received a replacement for the broken glass from the company!

I would give this company a 4.5 star if I could, but rounded to 5 stars because, truly, that's what they are! Per the title, I have never taken the time to write a review, but after my experience with ThinOptics this holiday season, I had to.. A couple weeks ago, my mother sent me their website with a deal for a pair of readers she knew my father would love. With the appeal of the price, positive reviews, and quick shipping estimate, I instantly placed an order. Unfortunately, my college apartment address was automatically entered (due to my previous use of ShopPay), and I instantly panicked since I would not be able receive the package. I immediately submitted a form detailing my problem, but to my surprise my order was shipped out the next morning - less than 12 hours after I placed the order! Due to this, and the form not being reviewed until it was too late, there was no way to change the shipping address. This is where -.5 stars comes in; it was frustrating not being able to find a contact link besides the form and a phone number - both of which were no use. However, I soon found the live chat linked and was INSTANTLY placed with a live service rep. Y'all.. PHENOMENAL! I explained my situation, and he was so incredibly understanding. Luckily, I have a reship order on the way now! I truly could have cried with his help - I was so worried! All in all, check yourself before submitting the order, and when needed USE THE LIVE CHAT! Edit: I did have to reach back out to live customer service since the reship order number given to me did not seem trackable in ThinOptic's database. However, within 5 minutes I was given a correct DHL tracking link and the ETA is before Christmas!! Incredible company and will be ordering again!

I have ordered from this company many times and always have the best experience with them. The quality is the best and the pricing is well beyond great! Just placed an order and I didn’t put my 2.50 as my strength and they replaced them with no problem. Staff is always very helpful and courteous.
