Replacement
Purchase glasses and had a problem with nose piece years after .ThinOptics replaced them as I was so pleased. I can not fault the company very very good.I allso recommended friends which bought. Mick Johnson

The glasses broke under normal use…

Classic TikTok Bait & Switch!!!
I became aware of this company and their product on TikTok. Their ad showed the reading glasses and Highlighted the keychain case. I liked the pair, clicked the link and Ordered. Several days later I receive a poorly wrapped pair of glasses with no keychain case. I contacted the company only to be told that the case is sold separately. Classic bait and switch. The case costs damn near as much as the glasses. They know what they’re doing… they’re falsely advertising this product!!!

Hello, Mike. Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry for purchasing the wrong bundle. On the website, it clearly shows if you are purchasing the glasses only or if it is bundled with a case. It is shown on the description of the product before you could add it to your cart. We appreciate your feedback and I will be sure to share it with our team.

I made an error with my order (somehow) and the customer service team immediately sent replacements - their service was outstanding.

New Case and Warranty
Rhea was very pleasant and very helpful with getting me the information I needed to get a new case and also got me a warranty on my sunglasses. Rhea is a great Customer Service Representative.

I have been using ThinOptics readers…
I have been using ThinOptics readers for a number of years, starting with my first 1.5 readers and now after "several" years I am enjoying the convenience and effectiveness of my 2.5 readers. The products have always met my expectations but so as the customer service. I made a recent order and made a mistake in the strength of the reader and they were willing and able to correct the order, something that many companies would not do. I will continue to be a VERY satisfied ThinOptics customer.

Great product slow delivery
The product is great, and this is the second time I have ordered them. But it has taken 8 weeks for the shipment. I e-mailed the company halfway through the extended delivery process but did not receive an explanation. As such I will not have them with me for an overseas trip.

Product quality is very good
Product quality is very good, I have them attached to my cell phone so always handy for any use and I have used for several years. The only issue is the thinoptics cover slip that accumulates dirt/dust and can cause some scratches to the glasses.
