Great Customer Service, Thin Optics are a Must Have on the Go!
I love the Thin Optics product - always have readers when I have my phone thanks to the case that sticks on to the back of your phone. My last pair of thin optics broke, but when I went to claim my free replacement pair I found out that policy no longer existed. Ann, from customer service, honored the replacement policy and is sending me a replacement pair that are built better than the older style (which over time would break). She made it clear there is no longer a lifetime free replacement policy because the new thin optics are made stronger. Thank you for honoring the old replacement policy and I look forward to never having to call for a replacement pair! Having thin optics readers where ever I am makes life a lot "clearer."

A company that stands behind their product
As a motorcycle rider and hiker I love the ThinOptics. They are so small they fit anywhere from keychain to backpack. I broke on piece now and without any hesitation they replaced this one. Great uncomplicated service.

Great service!
Having ordered two pairs of these wonderful glasses, the next day I got a coupon giving me 20% off. So I emailed the company, explaining I had paid full price. They were brilliant! They immediately retrospectively applied the discount and gave me a refund. It’s not often you get service like this! Thank you!

Excellent products and service
I purchased both the flexible compact reading glasses and Brooklyn reading glasses. Both are extremely good optically, well made and extremely light and comfortable

Love the glass have a few
Love the glass have a few , one every situation a wallet , a key chain and a case. Plus on a recent order I used a 20% coupon and it didn’t apply when the transaction processed . Thanks wrote them and Ian in customer support refunded the coupon amount quickly and apologetically . A great toduct at a well managed company
