These little glasses are right at the top of the most useful items I've ever bought!! There is a pair in my wallet, one in each of our cars, one in my travel bag, one in my briefcase and one in my saddlebags!! The company is exceptionally customer-oriented with a wide variety of products!

This was one of my best shopping experience on line! I have placed an item that might not suitable for me and Thin Optical allows me to make cancellation and refund the money, even the item has been sent out for me. They requested me give or donate the item to those who needs it. 👏 👏 👏 What I can say is, Thin Optics is a company with consciences. I guess the founder had really influenced their workers and practice a very good company culture. Thumbs up!! 👍

very bad experience with them. i placed a total of three orders. first, they didn't offer any expedited shipping. they said they would ship them out very quickly but they did not. they did give me a partial refund, but now there is a delay in shipping and they won't bother to try to find out for me why. they also told me i would have to pay to return the items and get the rest of my money back. terrible service.

I’ve been using three thin optics glasses for a year now two readers attached to my two mobiles and a pair of connect fold flat which, due to a very thin case conveniently fit easily into any shirt, sweater or coat pocket and no bulging too. Everyone complements them! But for me, it’s the nose readers that simply excel….as they are so convenient and easy to have always to hand as they are always attached to my phones using the very thin click-in reader stick-on cases. So light and well designed. I had a small issue with a detached nose clip and Thinoptics support replaced them immediately and shipped to me a new pair. Excellent service from excellently designed glasses. You won’t be disappointed and your friends will be impressed with your new “pince-nez” readers and want a pair too! Like me, buy a spare pair at the same time and never be without them when you really need them as, let’s face it, when are you not with your mobile!! I am businessman who visits many countries for sales and the sheer convenience is what sold them to me when in an airport terminal, awaiting a flight and killing time, and reading a novel. I’ve never looked back and never used bulky large glasses since!

I don't leave home without them! A pair broke and Yohana from customer service was the absolute best she replaced the glasses and I did not even ask for that!

Thinoptics has a good product. If you are in Europe prepare to wait a month for delivery. Typical American company that can't properly serve customers outside the US.

I have always been very pleased with the Thin optics product. I love taking my readers out and watch people question what I am wearing. I advise them to go on to Thinoptics.com Customer service is a pleasure to work with and Ian, my last assistant was no different.
