Upon review of your account, I see that your order was placed on July 1, 2021 at approximately 12:00 pm PST. My team was able to reach out to you by the next day - July 2, 2021 at approximately 7:18 am PST. I apologize if this took a bit, as we were not aware of any shipping restrictions etc. in your country. We are looking into this and an agent will be reaching out to you to attempt to place a manual order, at no charge, for you. In the time after Covid, I'm sure that you can understand that different countries are under different restrictions and this is causing global issues on shipping systems. Again, our sincere apologies. If your country is now accepting shipments, we will attempt to manually ship this order to you. Please understand, if it is a country restriction, we have no other option but to refund orders, this is why you have received a full refund. Hello David, Thank you for your comments, we appreciate when our customers reach out to us for a resolution. Upon review of your account, I do see that you have been a Replacement Customer for several years. However, I do not see where we have an original purchase or proof of original purchase. Can you please provide an original date of purchase or proof of original purchase? This would be helpful in determining your grandfather status. As you can imagine, we can not agree to grandfather status for customers who did not purchase at original pricing. I see that we have supplied you with 6 pair of free glasses and 4 pair of replacement glasses at a very discounted cost of $5 since 2016. If you could please provide proof of original purchase, I would be happy to include you in our grandfather status customers. Thank you!
