Had the pleasure of interacting with Jake for an issue with my readers. My issue was quickly resolved, and I could not be happier...all thanks to Jake. ThinOptics never disappoints, and their customer service makes being a loyal customer too easy. They are deserving of 5 stars with everyone of my connections over the last few years.

Jake was very helpful in solving my broken glasses issue. I was a little taken aback by the change in the warranty and believe that customers that purchased before the plan changed should be grandfathered. However I truly appreciated all his help in getting a replacement. The online customer service was great and very easy. I love the glasses and recommend them to anyone that needs readers with them all the time.

I have been using the readers for many years and I have referred many friends to your company. The readers are incredible and I love them! You also have the most incredible customer service. Rhea was terrific today. It's disappointing that you have changed your warranty policy and that you no longer have a lifetime warranty. It's just frustrating because the readers often break. I have about 8 broken pairs that have been replaced over the years. I also continue to purchase new ones from time to time. I just wish that you still had your lifetime warranty for such loyal customers. Thanks.

ThinOptics customer service is outstanding. I have the keychain clear thin optics that are attached to my iphone case and I use regularly. Once you get the hang of how to take them in and out of the case, they are easy to use and the case provides handy access. I gave them a 4 because the lens isn't as clear as other readers I have. Having said that, they are great in a pinch.
