On-the-Go Reading Glasses & Great Customer Support!
I've been looking for reading glasses that I could bring with me everywhere, and not have to remember them. I love that the glasses fit inside a case that attaches to my cell phone case... I always remember my glasses! Unfortunately, my pair broke and I realized just how much I use & love these glasses. When I reached out to support and provided a photo of the broken glasses, they were quick to issue a replacement free of charge. All in all, great product and excellent customer support! I'll definitely be buying from them again as needed, and recommending their products. People ask me about them all the time and I'm happy to spread the word!

Nose glide missing
Nose glide missing. Emailed a request to replace and a new Thinoptics was sent out immediately. Great service.

Support do not answer emails
*** Edit 15/01/25 *** changed from 1 star to 3 as I was just issued a refund. DHL should have delivered my parcel on 30th December. The driver stopped at my house, couldn't find the parcel and drove off. I contacted you by email on 9th January to let you know that they had lost it. DHL confirmed this on the 10th (which I also told you using your zendesk platform) but I've not had a reply yet from you, except for the initial automated email.

I absolutely love ThinOptics glasses…
I absolutely love ThinOptics glasses and cases. I need glasses for reading only, and now I never forget taking it- it's attached to my phone! I recently needed some support and the service they provided was outstanding.

I can't do without.
I've been using ThinOptics since they first started, many years ago. They last long, are light, and are easy to use and carry. I could not do without them.
