Topnotch Customer Service
I ordered the Manhattan readers which are exactly what I was hoping for. They are so stylish and incredibly lightweight. I requested an exchange because I ordered the wrong strength. Literally within a matter of a few hours of ThinOptics receipt of my email, it was acknowledged, the issue was addressed, and the exchange order was shipped. I am beyond pleased with the courteous and professional customer service response that I was afforded. I will be a long term customer, and highly recommend ThinOptics.

Great customer service
I appreciate that they stand behind the product and replaced my broken glasses. It is nice to know some companies do still care..

The glasses came very quickly and seem to be of good quality. I purchased a blue coated and they work fine as glasses but don't really help that much with monitor work etc.

Outstanding!
I have had TO readers for many years. Think I bought my first pair maybe 2012? and I loved having readers on hand wherever I was. I think I was TOs best unpaid salesperson! So many of my friends bought them and have them on their fones too! When I got new fones I just heat the case with a hair dryer and pry it off. Stick it to new fone with double sided tape. And TO customer services are superb! If u ever have an issue, just use their contact and let them know.

Great Customer Service
I see a lot of people complaining about customer service. I had a different experience. I inadvertently ordered glasses of the incorrect strength. When I discovered my error, I wrote to ThinOptics. Although I wrote to them after the 30-day return policy period, they asked me what strength I meant to order, sent me a new pair, and told me to keep the ones I ordered to gift to someone else. They suggested I might give them to a veterans center. The response was prompt and helpful. I love my ThinOptics and will continue to purchase them as I need new readers.

Amazing Service and Product
