I have been using the TT suite for seven years, even before it became a “suite” as it is today. I have had very few problems—whether with installation, which is very simple, or with use, which is intuitive but also clearly explained. But when problems did arise, I always received impeccable service from the support team. They never held it against me when I was sometimes the cause of the problem I was consulting them about! My most recent exchanges with support were following one of my mistakes. Everything was quickly resolved thanks to the guidance of support (Alyssa, specifically). I can only congratulate them and recommend the TT suite!
