Great user interface, lots of layout options and excellent support.

I've been a Thrive Themes user since about 2015. I'm inspired to leave a review now since I had a small bug with a plugin that needed attention from support. The team went above and beyond to dive into the problem, make detailed video tutorials to show me how to address it, and they did so very promptly. Kudos to Shafin for brilliant work.

Glad we choose Thrive Themes. Their customer support are really helpful and will guide you around. Definitely worth it!

Of all the services I use I’m the most impressed by Thrive support. I’m a freelance web designer and I’ve made over 150 websites. Nearly 130 of them on WordPress with Thrive Themes using Thrive Architect and I’ve had to use the Thrive support team on various occasions. There always solvers issues beyond my knowledge and done so very quickly. If you need a Theme Builder or Front End Visual Editor, I highly recommend Thrive Theme Builder and Thrive Architect. You won’t be sorry. They’re the best in every way. Thank you Thrice Support for being there for he every time. You’re the best.

What amazing service from Brad and the support team. I reported an issue and within 3 hours I had not only a fix (which was caused by another plugin turning off Lazy Load Forms), but a complete explaination. Added to that they sent a video of the fix and the site working correctly, to show me. I am very impressed, and this is why I have been using them for the last 5 years, top quality software, backed by top quality support.

It was a GREAT choice to work with Thrive Themes development team! I was lucky to be assisted by Chinelo who besides an excellent professional become a friend🌟 The project was finished today and I’m really heppy with the delivery quality!

We had billing issue which we noticed a bit late and could not resolve automatically it because of holiday travel. Support team helped us patiently and proactively as they understood our problem. I really thank for understanding and proactive help, kind communication. I recommend everyone to contact the team and keep in touch with them until the issue is resolved.
