Since they changed from running the support through their website to opening tickets through their website, their service level has become disappointngly slow. When you are trying to run a business, especially in today's competitive world, and their Thrive Architect has bugs, it makes me look like I have a poor course that doesn't work properly. I haven't had a poor review since I started my business 15 years ago, but now i'm getting them every week. I'm looking for a better solution that works now and has better support. I'm sorry Thrive, this is my last quarter with your company.

I have been with Thrive Themes for several years. I found it easy to use and have built my own websites and been able to update them as often as I like, quickly and easily. Recently I decide to completely revamp the site and use some of their tools I hadn't used so far. When I got stuck on anything I submitted a support ticket and it was always dealt with quickly and a level of care that was touching. They even made two support videos for my own issue using my own website in the recording to show me exactly what to do. I have the highest regard for them, as someone who once taught customer care, I understand when a company gets it right and they do. I am surprised to see such low ratings on here, they don't reflect my experience at all.

Unfortunately Thrive Themes didn't work out for me as, even with their help, I was unable to get good page load times. Thrive offers a lot of functionality and I was disappointed when it didn't work well for me. But they were kind enough to offer to refund my money even though I was past the 30-day refund period. My suggestion for anyone that thinks Thrive might be the solution they are looking for: test it out. If it isn't a good fit then you can get a refund within 30 days of purchase.
