Once again it has been proven that it was a mistake to purchase your software package. In the last few days we have lost thousands of euros because of you. We run a lot of Fb ads to get first an email address and then a customer. We have been suspicious for days that there were few email addresses coming into MailerLite, but we thought it must be a problem with Facebook. Well, no. After many hours of work and testing, it turns out that Trive is causing the problem again. When the ThriveAutomator plugin is enabled, neither the DIVI optim form nor the ThriveLeads form works properly! 0-1 out of 4-5 signups will be successful, everyone else will be lost in the ether. Because of this, we have lost thousands of email addresses and guaranteed a lot of money, time, energy to troubleshoot and customers complain under our ads. The work you do on software is an incredible waste of time and money. Especially in this case. We have had websites for years, but even at this level we will write a nice little review of the company.

Had high hopes for Thrive Themes and it failed horribly. First, the constant updates make the sites crash. No support and the university is not helpful. The plug ins don't work like they should and the two page builders hardly work. Now that I am switching builders I will have to go back and rebuild 10 + websites because without a paid membership they will all eventually crash.

How people wrote in many reviews already, I confirm they mistreated old customers. If they did it once, they may do it in the future as well. You can't buy old licenses, you can't pay to extend assistance. You can't use the new features of the plugins you own either, because they code new things so that you need the full membership plan to use them. I've been using Wordpress for almost ten years, and Thrive Themes has been the biggest disappointment, for sure.

Fragile Plugin and worst service Where should I start? I use Thrive for almost 3 years now and I give up. They shoot out updates 3 times per week. This tells it all. They bring up new features all the time but do not test them. One day the colors of my whole theme are disrupted with no chance to restore it (2 days of work for me). Then popups do not work. Progress bars which should be 90% stuck at 10 %. So customers think my product gives only 10% improvement instead of 90%. Woocommerce Checkout did not work. Now Thrive Ultimatum does not work after an update. So I waste thousands of dollars since customers are not able to buy... And finally the customer support is so horrible. Even after a week of writing back and forth nothing is solved. Only warm words from guys sitting on Philipines. I really, really ended up hating this company! Once I became a member since the founder is such a sympathic guy. But meanwhile I feel cheated and I truly long for a system that JUST works. No fancy features all 3 weeks. Only works. Why don't you get this, ThriveThemes? I am so tired... So glad finally someone opened a trustpilot profile since on the web there are only affiliate fake reviews. Totally hate it! Bad business behavior!

This is the most AWFUL company I have EVER come across. Having soooo many issues with their plugin. When I try to get support, they are extremely lackadaisical and don't respond when you need them. Recently I had an issue with my website and they informed me that they don't offer product support after a year. Just another scheme to get money after the fact. All the products I've purchased for my blog give continued support, that's just the way it is. If I had known this was how they operated, I would NEVER have bought their plugin. Now, I'll have to pay money to have a developer fix the issue their product caused. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Whenever I have issues I'm annoyed to even contact them. I regret using THRIVE THEMES. I'm planning to just delete their plugin and use something else in the future. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Absolutely love Thrive Themes! I’ve been using them for at least 6 maybe 7 years and I can’t imagine going without! I’ve built hundreds of sites using it!

Horrible experience. Tutorial videos lagging, people that talk in the tutorial talk like robots, not to mention that none of them speaks normally english and that's really annoying (except the head of the company). the head of the program looks like toxic : no smile, dull tone of voice and nasty look like angry or something. in every sentence he uses the word "conversion", that really pissed me off, because it sounds fake and fabricated. the program in itself is not intuitive at all, hard to understand the logic. i got really demoralized after the purchase. I stopped and moved to another company. losers... (by the way, their "focus on conversion" is really a joke : after i cancelled, all what i got is "we are sorry to see you go"... a good marketing company always asks "why" and may be a survey to improve their product and services.... mind blowing how bad they are... A waste of money and time.
