Love the fast service and the ease of the website to order

I have tried to contact this company about the status of my order with no reply. It should NOT be this difficult to speak with a representative regarding something you've paid for! This was my first order and most likely my last and I will encourage family and friends to use a more customer friendly and accessible company when ordering glasses. I have ordered from several companies, this one is a No for me for future orders . So buyers beware, cute frames, but sub-par customer service.

I purchased 4 pair of glasses from you all. I was pleased with 3 out of 4 pair. The pair that I was not pleased, the frames are beautiful but they are HUGE. They were not shown in the advertisement or virtual try-on to be this big. They are actually too big to wear realistically.

This company offers great selection and is easy to navigate. You can customize the lenses as well, whether you just want sunglass lenses or prescription with blue light blocking or photochromic(transition) lenses. I got a pair of prescription glasses for me and a pair of polarized sunglasses for my mom with sensitive eyes. She loves them and drives with them, says they keep her eyes from hurting like they normally would while driving without sunglasses. She'll wear them even if it's not particularly bright, like I said, she has sensitive eyes. I didn't like mine, I think because I'm not used to circular lenses and some if the coatings, along with being plastic and not glass lenses, but the company is very cooperative and allowing me to exchange them for a different frame. Customer service responds quickly and is friendly. I would recommend them for sure👌
