Due to a technical issue on the website my original order arrived with the wrong prescription. The team immediately rectified it & were responsive & helpful in all communication! The new glasses have arrived & they are perfect! Great quality products & customer service.

Glasses never showed up. Got sent to local distributor and never left. Company were useless and didnt want to know, and took a long time to respond to any communications. 2 stars because the insurance company they use were great and I got my money back quickly from them, but you shouldn't have to use them.

I had a problem with the first pair - the vision wasn't correct. The customer service team were fantastic and sent me a second pair immediately. They are perfect - i get so many compliments! Thank you so much - i am recommending you to everyone!

Unfortunately, despite uploading prescription from usual opticians, I can't see anything through the glasses sent to me. Which is a shame as they cost over £100.

Can't use the glasses as the lenses make things warped even though they are supposedly my prescription Ive worn glasses for over 30 years and these are no good
