Can't log into their site. Can't open a ticket because of an IP block. Requests information to get back that you can only get from LOGGING INTO THEIR SITE. Support has been useless. You'd think a login and password would be enough to get the ball rolling but I don't think support wants to do their job.

I have been with Usenetserver for a few years now. Their customer service response is quick and I find the servers to be fast because it keeps up with my high speed internet. I have no problems or issues with them and that's why I renew every year. Give them a try for yourself. Greg
